The BVI provides a jurisdiction with a strong body of trust law, supported and closely
aligned with the UK legal system in a tax neutral jurisdiction.

We provide BVI regulated corporate trustees with administration from BVI and Monaco
allowing us to cover both time zones and providing ease of communication with stakeholders
and advisors.

We specialise in providing services to private trust companies, our BVI class I licence
enables us to provide their regulatory oversight and our specialist trust and private client
teams assist the directors with their fiduciary responsibilities and the trust administration.

Our MFMS Group private client teams based in London and Monaco are able to provide tax
advice to trustees, settlors and beneficiaries backed up with specific jurisdictional support
from Moore Global network firms as required.
